We are happy to accept referrals from self advocates and parents as well as health and social care providers. So, if you or someone you know wants us to provide you with support directly, please get in touch. Our team have all undergone an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and can provide identification. All prices are inclusive of VAT and written quotations are available on request.

What will we do?

• Visit you at home at a time to suit you, or you can come to see us in Tamworth
• Provide measurement of body symmetry and posture analysis
• Identify current difficulties along with potential positioning strategies
• Demonstrate how you, or the person you support, needs to be positioned
• Provide a follow up report including photographs and a safety checklist

What do you need to do?

• Contact us to arrange a suitable date and time
• Discuss with us any specific requirements you may have, such as additional staff training
• Inform and invite those people who you feel need to be included in any discussion

How long does this take?

• The visit will take 1 - 2 hours

Will we have to visit you again?

• It's up to you! We would recommend that children have their body symmetry remeasured every six months, and that their therapeutic positioning at night is adjusted accordingly. We would recommend remeasurement of body symmetry in adults annually, in accordance with standard Health Action Planning.
• We regularly support people through ongoing telephone and email contact - you may find this is sufficient.

How much does this cost?

• £130 plus any travel costs if you choose for us to visit you
• Prior to our visit we will provide you with a quote which will be based on your requirements - we will not exceed this charge
• Travel costs are charged at 42p per mile

We recommend that this service is used in harmony with local therapy provision.

In order to arrange to visit us in Tamworth, Staffordshire just call the office or Sarah on 07729 552626. This service will also be charged at £130.  We use a small friendly hotel with a fully accessible room and shower room, meals are avaialble by pre-arrangement.  The car park has recently been resurfaced and there is plenty of room for getting into and out of vehicles.
